SDR/Junior BDM
We are looking for an SDR or Junior BDM to join our award winning Insight team

- Our client portfolio spans many sectors – including grocery, FMCG, fashion, finance, tech, homeware, travel and leisure
We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Development Representative/Junior Business Development Manager to be integral to our ambitious Insight growth plans to –
- Drive new business revenue – identify new clients, initiate contact & arrange meetings
- Introduce the full range of services to clients, build relationships, identify and help renew relationships with lapsed clients
- Establish personal credibility, increase awareness of Kokoro’s offer, and create (not wait for) new opportunities
- Work closely with the Insight team leads to grow revenue and relationships with clients
- Own and manage new client relationships initially and ensure a smooth transition of new wins to insight teams
- Work with Insight to develop and deliver compelling sales collateral
- Measure the business development process, highlight any potential blockages and ensure continuous improvement
- Track the competitive market place, what is happening in the industry, to ensure our Insight teams are up to date with what is happening with clients and prospects
- Leverage existing networks to introduce Kokoro to relevant buyers
You’ll bring:
- Experience in a sales/client relationship development role, in a professional services environment
- Demonstrable success in previous roles in winning new business and building long term partnerships
- Commercial acumen to be able to talk to clients about the challenges in their business/sectors
- A proactive, resilient and persistent attitude, with strong organisation, written & verbal communication skills
